Driver/Warehouse Worker
Company: Express Employment Professionals (for a Local Dubuque Company)
Location: Dubuque, IA
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $20-$22 per hour (higher for candidates with CDL, hazmat, or air brake endorsement)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional overtime)
Description: A small company in Dubuque is looking for a Driver/Warehouse Worker to join their team. This role involves driving 70% of the time and assisting in the warehouse the other 30%. CDL is not required, but having one (with hazmat or air brake endorsements) is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Drive box trucks, utility vans, and pickups for deliveries
- Assist with loading trucks and pulling products for delivery
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for warehouse tasks
- Manage inventory and general warehouse organization
- Maintain a clean driving record and ensure timely deliveries
Requirements:
- Delivery driving experience required
- Clean driving record
- Experience in warehouse operations, including forklift and pallet jack use
- CDL is a plus, especially with hazmat or air brake endorsements
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
