Pay: $20/hour
Hours: Around 25 hours/week, flexible schedule
A local apartment complex in Maquoketa, Iowa is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Maintenance worker to join their team. This role offers flexible hours!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic apartment maintenance such as painting, changing light bulbs, and turning apartments.
- Assist with preparing units for new tenants by handling general upkeep tasks.
- Be available for potential on-call duties.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Prior maintenance experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, with flexible hours between 7am-5pm.
- Up to 25 hours per week.
