Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local company in Peosta, IA, to find a skilled Machine Operator to join their team.
Position Details:
Role: 1st Shift Machine Operator
Experience: Must be mechanically inclined and have prior machine operating experience
Pay: $19 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure quality production
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
