Express Employment is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Construction Sales Specialist for a local company. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and commercial clients, driving sales and expanding market presence. This role requires a solid understanding of building materials and outstanding communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and commercial clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Provide expert guidance on building materials and product selection to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the building supply or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of building materials and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
Base salary plus commission, with compensation based on experience.
