Apartment Maintenance Technician – $20+/hr (DOE)
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for a local company. This role offers full-time (35-40 hours/week) or part-time opportunities, with potential for some on-call work.
Responsibilities:
- General apartment maintenance, including appliance repairs, light bulb replacements, painting, and minor construction
- Grounds maintenance and upkeep
- Basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Boiler experience is a plus
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues
- Must be comfortable with occasional on-call responsibilities
Pay & Schedule:
- $20+/hour, based on experience
- Monday-Friday, 35-40 hours/week (part-time available)
