Pay and Hours for Sales Representative
- $14.00 per hour
- Monday - Saturday, 9:00 am - 7:00 pm (rotating schedule)
- Location: Mason City, IA
Responsibilities of the Sales Representative
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store
- Maintain an organized sales floor by ensuring that displays are neat and visually appealing
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and questions about products
- Stay informed about product knowledge to effectively sell items and promote store offerings
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the sales floor and office
Requirements of the Sales Representative
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail environment, is highly desirable
- Must be a team player with positive communication
- Must have good work attendance and reliability
- Must have the ability to crouch, stoop and stand for periods of time
- Must be self motivated with a can do attitude
