Feed Mill Technician
Location: Pratt, Kansas
We’re seeking a dedicated Feed Mill Technician to join a local Pratt team. This role focuses on customer service, feed production, recordkeeping, maintenance, and promoting teamwork and safety across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service to members and patrons
- Oversee feed production and maintain accurate records
- Perform maintenance for equipment and facility cleanliness and safety
- Foster a collaborative work environment through clear communication and teamwork
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Willingness to pursue continuing education
- Valid driver’s license with a safe record
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of feed products and services
- Flexibility to work variable schedules, including overtime as needed
Physical & Work Environment:
- Ability to lift/move 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied weather conditions
- Exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, extreme temperatures, and loud noise levels
