Schedule: Monday-Friday, shifts may rotate to cover plant operations (day, evening, overnight).
Overview:
The Maintenance Electrical Supervisor will oversee approximately 10 team members, directing maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. The supervisor will report directly to the General Manager, handle maintenance planning, and manage electrical projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and budget goals.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct maintenance staff and contractors to maintain plant assets per safety procedures and union agreements.
- Assess and oversee maintenance of milling, packaging, and material handling equipment.
- Communicate daily with the General Manager on maintenance progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Approve preventative maintenance schedules and reports.
- Ensure compliance with MSHA standards and maintain a safe workplace.
- Monitor budget performance and maintain acceptable variances.
- Lead electrical projects and troubleshoot electrical issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of progressive industrial supervision experience.
- 1+ year in maintenance and reliability supervision.
- Hands-on electrical skills (Journeyman or Master Electrician preferred).
- Strong electrical controls, PLC programming, and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with 3-phase industrial power (480V); high voltage (up to 12.47kV) and transformer experience strongly preferred.
- Electrical engineering/design experience is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.

Candidates must have standard tools; specialized tools are provided by the company.
