Machine Operator
Location: De Soto, KS
Pay: $18.74/hour – Paid Weekly!
Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Operate various forming machinery efficiently and safely.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards and specifications.
• Accurately document production data and maintain records.
• Follow shop ticket instructions and production guidelines.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform basic machine maintenance as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience using a hand pallet jack is helpful.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks such as twisting, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Requires walking (75%) and standing (25%) for extended periods.
• Availability for a consistent schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed.
