Express Professionals in Lawrence, Kansas are seeking a Logistics Manager for a great locally owned company. This is a direct hire, salaried position. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years logistics and management experience. Advanced education or vocational training is preferred. Operations Manager will create and maintain operational processes to ensure efficiency and quality, oversee recruitment and hiring, create and maintain training and safety programs, ensure compliance with DOT, create and maintain a vehicle maintenance program, with exceptional customer service to team and customers. Ideal candidate will need to be able to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly and for extended periods of time. Must enjoy hard work, and delivering world class service.
