Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Laser / Burn Table Operator for a great production company in Lawrence Kansas. This is a full time evaluation to hire opportunity for the right candidate. Essential Job Function include but not limited to, Work with layout lead to prioritize cuts to meet production schedule. Work with CAM Department to utilize sheet and plate inventory efficiently. Maintain laser machine in good working condition. Work effectively with other departments to correct mistakes and minimize rework. Required to work in and around/near industrial metal equipment including machinery such as laser table, MIG and TIG welders. Must have experience with sheet metal fabrication including but not limited to Milling machine and lathes, Air and or electric grinders, Dyna-files, Horizontal and vertical saws, Brake press, Drill press, Belt sander, Air compressors, Burn/laser table.
