Express Professionals in Lawrence, Kansas are seeking a part time Skilled Maintenance Technician for a great property management company. We are seeking someone who has experience repairing small appliances, such as washers/dryers, stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc. as well as light plumbing experience. Other duties of this position will include hanging doors, caulk work, power washing, pothole repair. Hours will be Mon/Wed/Fri 9a-4p.
