Job Full Description
In this role you will learn the trade of foundation repair installation and restoration. This is a full-time position in Clay-Center. Pay is $17 per hour
- Performs installation duties according to company approved methods and as instruction by the foreman
- Completes work to meet company standards and timetables
- Uses safe methods in handling tools and equipment. Makes efficient use of time.
- Loads trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as instruction by the foreman
- Uses safe methods in handling tools and equipment. Makes efficient use of time.
- Do as you are asked and learn the trade
Responsibilities include:
- Working in customer’s home, installing systems such as waterproofing, piers, support posts, wall anchors, etc.
- Take pictures and document progress of job
- Be safe and follow guidelines established through Industry Standards
- Ensure proper maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- Attend daily production meetings for job updates and/or changes
- Attend on the job classes, seminars, webinars, or other training to expand current knowledge and skill levels
- Provide feedback to supervisors and management.
