Job Full Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assembly Line Work:

   • Operate machinery or equipment used in the manufacturing process.
   • Assemble components to create finished products, either manually or with automated machines.
   • Ensure that products are built to the required specifications and quality standards.

2. Quality Control:

   • Inspect products for defects or imperfections.
   • Perform routine checks and tests to ensure products meet quality standards.
   • Report any quality issues or discrepancies to supervisors or quality control teams.

3. Machine Operation and Maintenance:

   • Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production process.
   • Maintain and clean equipment and tools to ensure optimal functioning.
   • Troubleshoot basic issues with machinery and assist in minor repairs.

4. Material Handling:

   • Move raw materials, tools, and finished products between workstations.
   • Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas.
   • Ensure that materials are available for the production process and stored properly.

5. Safety Compliance:

   • Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
   • Wear appropriate protective gear (PPE) such as gloves, helmets, goggles, etc.
   • Participate in safety training and report any safety hazards.

6. Packaging and Shipping:

   • Package finished goods for shipping, ensuring they are properly labeled and secure.
   • Assist with inventory tracking and manage finished product storage.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance:

   • Keep work areas tidy and organized.
   • Dispose of waste materials according to safety and environmental guidelines.
