POSITION TITLE – CNC Machine Operator
Exciting Opportunity for a CNC Machine Operator in Olathe, KS!
We are actively seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Olathe, KS. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in CNC operations who is ready for a consistent schedule in a dynamic environment. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $21.50 per hour, with a steady, rotating work schedule.

Work Hours: Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6:00 am – 6:30 pm
Position Summary:
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce quality parts according to specifications. Your attention to detail, technical knowledge, and commitment to accuracy will help ensure smooth operations and precise results.
Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:
- Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC machines according to production needs
- Monitor and adjust machinery to ensure proper functioning during operations
- Inspect finished products for quality and precision, making adjustments as needed
- Follow production schedules and company procedures to meet targets
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols in all machine operations
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator
- Basic understanding of machine settings, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in measurements
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with measurement tools, such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make adjustments as needed
- Basic computer skills for machine operation and data entry
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this position include prolonged standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
