Position Title – Warehouse Associate (Heavy Lifting & Cleaning)

Pay: $21.50 per hour
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Position Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for handling and lifting heavy boxes, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, and assisting with various warehouse tasks. Your strength, reliability, and attention to detail will help ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:
- Lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse, including sweeping, trash removal, and general upkeep.
- Assist with organizing and stocking inventory in designated areas.
- Load and unload shipments as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and use proper lifting techniques.
- Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move up to 60 lbs. repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Skills Required:
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this position include frequent heavy lifting, standing, bending, and moving throughout the warehouse. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Internal and External Interaction:
