Position: Bobcat Operator – Landscape Supply
Location: Olathe, KS
Pay: $840/week ($21/hour) – 40 hours worked
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Bobcat Operator to join our team in Olathe, KS. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and great team players. While operating a Bobcat will be part of the job, this position also involves general labor duties, and you can expect to be on the equipment only a few hours per day. If you enjoy working outdoors in all elements and want to be part of a strong, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Operate a Bobcat to move and load materials as needed
- Perform general labor tasks, including shoveling, lifting, and stacking materials
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized yard and worksite
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications:
- Experience operating a Bobcat or similar heavy equipment required
- Comfortable performing manual labor when not operating machinery
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Dependable and able to work a consistent schedule
