Position Title – Delivery Crew Lead

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Delivery Crew Lead to join our team in Olathe, KS. This physically demanding role involves driving, delivering, and setting up spas and swim spas in various environments. Pay: $20.00 per hour
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 3:30 pm
Position Summary:
As a Delivery Crew Lead, you will be responsible for driving the delivery truck and leading the crew in the safe delivery and setup of spas and swim spas. This role also includes customer interaction, warehouse support, and ensuring a clean and professional operation.
Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

Drive delivery vehicle and trailer to customer locations with crew and spa equipment.

Lead spa deliveries and on-site setups, providing direction and task delegation.

Perform site inspections and orient customers on new spa usage.

Communicate with crane operators, partner vendors, and supervisors.

Maintain cleanliness and working condition of vehicle and delivery equipment.

Assist with warehouse and showroom cleaning and organization.

Support with service calls and event setups/teardowns as needed.

Must be able to work in all weather conditions and confined spaces.
Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.

Prior delivery or crew lead experience preferred.

Must be able to lift and move 75–100 lbs. with assistance.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work well in a team and take initiative on job sites.
Skills Required:
-
Ability to lead a small crew and make quick, safe decisions on the job.

Knowledge of hand and power tools preferred (training available).

Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions indoors and outdoors.

Reliable, punctual, and highly professional in appearance and behavior.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbs. It also involves repetitive standing, bending, squatting, and working in various weather conditions. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Internal and External Interaction:
This position interacts daily with customers, crew members, warehouse staff, and external vendors. Exceptional communication and professionalism are essential.
