Experienced Mower (2–3 Years’ Experience Required)
Location:
Olathe, KS
Pay:
$20.00/hour base + performance and attendance bonuses (average $24.00–$27.00/hour)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable and hard-working Mower to join our crew for the season! Our family-owned business is based in Olathe, KS, and we take pride in doing quality work while treating people right. This role is best suited for someone who has at least 2–3 years of mowing experience, knows their way around stand-on mowers, and isn’t afraid to break a sweat.
You’ll be out in the field every day, maintaining lawns, running equipment, and making properties look their best. If you’ve got a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and want to work with a solid crew that has fun while getting the job done — we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:

Operate stand-on mowers and other landscaping equipment

Mow residential and commercial properties with speed and precision

Assist with trimming, edging, and blowing off sidewalks and driveways

Maintain equipment and report issues as needed

Show up on time, ready to work hard and support your team
Qualifications:

2–3 years of mowing experience (required)

Familiarity with stand-on mowers (strongly preferred)

Valid driver’s license (required)

Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
