We are currently seeking motivated individuals for an Inventory & Scheduling Clerk position for a company in Saline County. We would like to see candidates with some logistics background, strong problem solving and communication skills.
SCHEDULING
- Daily monitoring of factory inventory.
- Communicating scheduled pickups or deliveries at all factories & field site projects.
- Scheduling the commodity loads and preparing corresponding load packet paperwork.
- Monitoring & tracking all tolling inbound/outbound loads.
DATA ENTRY (CLERICAL)
- Updating commodity calendars.
- Updating & monitoring commodity spreadsheets.
- Entering sales orders.
- Preparing documents for pricing requests.
- Review quotations, take approvals, and issue contract agreements.
- Formulate & apply mathematical modeling & other optimizing methods to develop & interpret information that assists management.
- Conduct research, preparing statistical & historical information for reports needed involving data request.
Flexible 8 hour Day Shift hours, between 6am to 6pm.
Starting wage of $18.00 per hour
