Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Commercial Electrician in Franklin, KY for 1st Shift, Monday-Friday. Pay Rate: $30.00 - $32.00; Depending on Experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, particularly in commercial and industrial settings. This role involves working on construction sites, performing installations, maintenance, and renovations of electrical systems to ensure safety and efficiency. The position is Direct Hire.
Responsibilities of the Commercial Electrician:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings and construction sites.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete electrical tasks.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using logic controllers and ohmmeters to diagnose problems.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.
- Renovate existing electrical systems to meet updated codes or client specifications.
Requirements of the Commercial Electrician:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician or similar role in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including installation and maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, logic controllers, and ohmmeters.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams related to electrical work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Ability to work in various environments including construction sites under varying conditions.
- Relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations.
