assisting machine operators with running product through machine and onto conveyor system then loading into oven and packing after process is completed
associates could be "pegging" placing bottles upside down on a peg to go through the paint booth
Associates could be loading bottles onto conveyor to run through a lehr (oven)
associates could be pulling bottles from lehr and packing into boxes
Associates could be qc'ing bottles that have run through the techno machine and then packing in a box
Associates could do rework (scraping paint off of a bottle) so the bottle could be run back through techno.
