Job Full Description

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building tools.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications: 

 

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in residential construction.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Relevant Certifications (e.g. OSHA, PMP) are a plus.
