Key Responsibilities:
- Repair HVAC Systems: Troubleshoot and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring they run efficiently and reliably.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to explain issues, offer solutions, and ensure their satisfaction with services performed.
- System Evaluations: Conduct assessments of HVAC systems and recommend improvements, upgrades, or replacements as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate service records, including reports on services performed, parts used, and any follow-up recommendations.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and codes to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- KY HVAC Journeyman License
- EPA Certification
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
