Plumbing Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and Repair Plumbing Problems: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including faucets, toilets, water heaters, pipes, drains
- Install New Plumbing Fixtures: Install, replace, and upgrade plumbing systems, including water heaters, sump pumps, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with homeowners, explaining problems, offering solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
- System Inspections and Maintenance: Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential plumbing issues and provide solutions before they become major problems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and follow-up recommendations.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and codes to ensure safe and compliant plumbing services.
Qualifications:
- KY Journeyman Plumbing License
- 2+ years experience as a Plumbing Service Technician (residential experience preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
