Job Full Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, processing sales transactions, and ensuring our store operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product recommendations and solutions based on customer needs.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and other customer service issues.
- Operate cash registers and handle sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain store organization, stock shelves, and ensure product displays are tidy.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management and product restocking.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education a plus.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility with work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
