Job Full Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, processing sales transactions, and ensuring our store operates smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide product recommendations and solutions based on customer needs.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and other customer service issues.
  • Operate cash registers and handle sales transactions accurately.
  • Maintain store organization, stock shelves, and ensure product displays are tidy.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in inventory management and product restocking.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Flexibility with work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
