Job Title: Make-Ready Technician – Mobile Home Park
Location: Dry Prong, LA
Pay: $15/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7:30am - 3:30pm - On call for weekends as needed
Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable and skilled Make-Ready Technician to join our team at a mobile home park. This role involves preparing vacant homes for new tenants by performing general repairs, cleaning, and maintenance work to ensure homes are move-in ready.
Responsibilities:

Perform interior and exterior repairs on mobile homes

Repair or replace flooring, drywall, doors, windows, and fixtures

Paint and clean units as needed

Minor plumbing and electrical repairs

Ensure homes meet quality and safety standards before occupancy

Communicate any major issues to the property manager
Requirements:

General handyman or maintenance experience

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Experience as a Make Ready is a plus
