Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Maintenance Worker to assist with general maintenance tasks across our properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and has a clean driving record.
Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, painting, carpentry, etc.)

Respond to work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner

Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas and around properties

Assist with groundskeeping and property upkeep

Drive between job sites as needed
Requirements:

Clean and valid driver’s license

General maintenance or handyman experience

Basic knowledge of tools and equipment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable transportation
