Automotive Sales Consultant - BATON ROUGE
EVALUATION HIRE
$15 - 20 / Hr. plus commission
Schedule: 8 am–8 pm (shifts vary and work on Saturdays and Sundays when scheduled)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Automotive Sales Representative:
- Interact with customers and various departments professionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Does not need a lot of experience for this position, willing to train.
- Other tasks may be needed
- Possibility for Commission
- Show up on time every day.
- Professional attitude with customers and coworkers.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Customer Service focused, and strong work ethic.
- Career-focused and results-driven mindset.
- Qualified Candidates must be coachable, ambitious, and have a strong people-orientated personality.
- Valid Drivers License REQUIRED
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
