Industrial HVAC Technician – East Baton Rouge
Full Time – Evaluation Hire
$25-$35/hr
Monday – Friday, 7:30 Am-4:30 pm
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK OVERTIME
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring for an Industrial HVAC Technician for a local client in East Baton Rouge Parish. This person will be servicing plants, shipyards and blasting yards.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Industrial HVAC Technician:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose commercial and industrial HVAC equipment such as air compressors, refrigerated air dryers, and water chillers
- Will be going out into the field to service and repair equipment in plants, shipyards, and blast yards
- Will be driving a company truck after being mentored by a senior-level technician
- Loading tools such as power tools and forklifts
- Provide outstanding service to customers
- Other tasks may be needed.
Skills and Experience REQUIRED:
- MUST have a Valid DL
- HVAC Certified - Preferred
- TWIC and OSHA BASIC - Preferred
- Must be willing to work overtime
- Must have some electrical knowledge
- Must be able to provide customer service
