Diesel Technician - Baton Rouge
FULL-TIME/LONG-TERM/EVALUATION HIRE
$20-$35/ Hr.+
Monday – Friday 8 am – 4:30 PM
Overtime offered
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently seeking a reliable and hard-working mechanic in Baton Rouge.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Diesel Technician:
- Perform maintenance on Diesel trucks, and 18-wheelers.
- Performing engine repairs
- Maintaining correct work orders
- Servicing vehicles such as 18-wheelers and heavy equipment
- Other tasks may be needed.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- VALID Driver's License
- Experience working on Allison and Detroit transmissions is a PLUS.
- Verifiable mechanic experience is preferable on heavy equipment or forklifts. REQUIRED.
- Clean MVR
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have computer knowledge and be able to work on a tablet
- Must have your own tools
- Must have transportation
