Customer Service Representative - Baton Rouge
FULL-TIME/LONG-TERM/EVALUATION HIRE
$15 / Hr.
Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, seeks a reliable and hard-working Customer Service Rep in East Baton Rouge. The primary responsibility will be to respond to phone, fax, and email inquiries about price quotes, discounts, parts availability, and order status. Must be able to interact with customers and the sales department to process orders and quotations accurately.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Customer Service Rep:
- Interact with customers and various departments professionally.
- Respond to phone, fax, and email inquiries about price quotes, discounts, parts availability, order status
- Obtain basic parts information and product information on company products.
- Other tasks may be needed
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- Must project a strong customer focus, be able to deal diplomatically with customers, and project a positive corporate image
- Must be trainable and able to learn products.
- Good organizational skills, able to establish priorities and work to specific deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work overtime as needed
