Utility Worker – East Baton Rouge Parish
Full Time – Evaluation Hire
$22/hour
12 hr shifts 3-4 per week 7a-7p Day Shift and Night Shift 7p-7a.
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing and recruiting firm, is currently hiring Utility Workers for a Limestone Plant in East Baton Rouge Parish.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Utility Workers:
- Shoveling limestone
- Heavy lifting
- Cleaning around the yard
- Working outdoors in a dusty environment.
- Operating bobcats, front-end loaders, and excavators once trained.
EXPERIENCE and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work outdoors for long periods.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
- Ability to Stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Experience operating heavy equipment is a PLUS, they will train.
- MUST have Steel-Toed boots and a Hard Hat.
- Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
