Scale Room Associate - River Center USBC Bowling Tournament
Full time - Tournament lasts through July 27th. Schedule 4:30p-12a, rotating schedule will work weekends
$16/hr
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Scale Room Associate to join the USBC team for the Open Bowling Championships here in Baton Rouge at the River Center.
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is thrilled to partner with the United States Bowling Congress to find passionate and energetic individuals to join our team for the upcoming 2025 Open Championships. This is your chance to be part of an incredible sporting event and contribute to a memorable experience for bowlers and spectators alike!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate digital scales and perform visual checks to ensure all equipment used for competition meets USBC specifications
- Provide customer service to tournament participants
Required Qualifications:
- Must have Bowling knowledge and experience bowling
- Superior customer service proficiencies-service minded and engaged.
- Effective communication skills-ability to speak clearly and confidently.
- Focused–the ability to complete tasks accurately in a distraction filled environment.
- Robust interpersonal skills–team player.
- Ability to lift 16 lbs repetitively and up to 50 lbs as needed
