Job Full Description
We are currently looking for an EXPERIENCED Maintenance Technician for a full-time job opportunity for an Apartment Complex in the Baton Rouge area!
HVAC Certification / All Proper HVAC Tools REQUIRED
$18-20+/hr. *Depending on Experience*
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
- Indoor/Outdoor general maintenance management of all buildings, grounds, sidewalks, and related maintenance equipment.
- Coordinate, install, inspect, repair, and maintain general electrical, carpentry, & plumbing issues as well as a proficiency in the use of necessary hand, power, and specialty tools.
- Proven function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by managing/monitoring general maintenance projects i.e., electric, plumbing, HVAC, landscape.
- Minor painting & touch-ups.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow instructions
- General working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Ability to safely and proficiently operate hand, power, and specialty tools
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs if needed
- At least one year of general maintenance experience
- MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS
