Job Full Description
Looking for an experienced office administration candidate looking for long term placement in a petrochemical industrial setting. This is a full-time position. Looking for someone detail oriented; quick on their feet; people person; highly skilled in communication.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
KEY JOB DUTIES:
- Bookkeeping/ data entry
- Accounts payable
- Deposits/reminder calls for payments
- Prepares Financial documents, receipts for board of directors
- manages contact with outside suppliers
- Prep meeting room
- Time keeping
- QuickBooks
SKILLS NEEDED:
- Excell
- Quickbooks
- Taking Minutes
- phone calls
- Internal sales/marketing
- Outlook
Education required
- Highschool degree
- Bachelor's degree in any field
