Job Title: Industrial Painter
North of Covington, LA
Salary Range: $18 - $22 per hour Based On Experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Type: Full-time, Inside
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform spray painting duties in accordance with project specifications.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking.
- Operate and maintain spray painting equipment and tools.
- Ensure accurate color mixing and matching.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Relevant Experience – Sandblasting and Industrial/marine coating experience would be a good fit.
- Creative painting or artistic techniques are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Competitive hourly wage ($18 - $22 per hour).
