Job Full Description
The Quality Control Lead is responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This role also includes training and supporting quality control inspectors.
Highlights:

$20 - $22 per hour, based on experience

12 hour swing shifts (2 on, 2 off, 3 on) with day or night shifts. Every 4 weeks the shift with change from day shifts to night shifts or night shifts to day shifts.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective quality control systems and procedures.

Perform inspections and tests to evaluate product quality.

Identify areas of improvement in processes and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with internal and external quality regulations.

Provide training and guidance to quality control inspectors.

Analyze quality performance data and generate reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and challenges.

Lead continuous improvement efforts within the quality control processes.

Education and Experience:
Physical Requirements:
This position operates primarily in an indoor warehouse setting, with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions. You may encounter varying temperatures and noise levels. The role involves frequent movement, including standing, walking, and navigating the production area. Visual inspections and the use of measurement tools will be necessary. The ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds is required, and dexterity for handling small parts or equipment is essential.
