Account Manager - Ascension Parish - A226
Long-Term/Full-Time position
$15.00 per hour
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant/Account Manager for a local client in Ascension Parish.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Administrative Assistant
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word and high level Excel experience, and other relevant computer operations
- Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
- Running general office errands as needed
- Assisting with office documents and insurance certificates
- Sending insurance renewal emails
- Assisting with work in various safety database websites
- Put together safety materials for clients (safety manuals, certificates, etc.)
- Miscellaneous typing and revision of documents as needed
- Scanning and saving documents
- Other tasks may be needed.
