With a bright smile and a calming presence, Holly Brignac has been a pillar of our team at Express Employment Professionals for six years. As a Recruitment Specialist Manager, she leads with a dedication to excellence, ensuring that both candidates and clients receive unparalleled service every step of the way. Holly’s commitment to fostering a supportive and thriving culture within the office empowers her team to achieve their best.

Holly’s passion extends beyond the workplace; she is deeply committed to making a positive impact in her local community by helping individuals find meaningful employment opportunities. Her extensive training and certifications—ranging from Leadership Ascension in 2017 to the Express Leadership Academy for Managers in 2023, along with EU certifications in Business Management, Inside Sales, and Outside Sales—reflect her dedication to personal and professional growth.

When she’s not busy connecting talent with opportunity, Holly enjoys quality time with her husband and indulging her sweet tooth, particularly for Skittles. Her warmth and enthusiasm make her not just a leader, but a cherished member of our office community.

Melisa is a creative teammate with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others. Known for her calm, cool, and collected demeanor, she’s the ideal person to turn to when you're feeling overwhelmed with job hunting or searching for the perfect candidate.

As a lifelong resident of Ascension Parish, Melisa has a deep-rooted connection to her community. She joined our Gonzales team in 2024, eager to expand her customer service skills and driven by a genuine desire to make a difference. Melisa quickly became an integral part of our team, thriving in her role thanks to her empathetic and fair approach to helping others. She has a natural talent for connecting people with great opportunities.

When Melisa isn’t busy crafting the perfect match between clients and associates, you’ll find her customizing her own furniture and spending quality time with her family.

Rebecca Butler

Skilled Trades Employment Specialist
Rebecca joined Express Gonzales in 2022 as an Office Assistant and has quickly advanced in her professional journey. After excelling as a Light Industrial Employment Specialist, she was offered the opportunity to spearhead the Skilled Trades division. Following specialized training in skilled trades recruiting, Rebecca hit the ground running, connecting businesses in our community with skilled trade talent throughout the River Parishes area.

Grateful to the Gonzales office for giving her a chance when she needed it most, Rebecca considers her team like family. She truly loves what she does and the people she gets to do it with—and it shows! Confident, experienced, and always eager to learn, she’s fantastic at turning hiring and job-hunting challenges from mountains into molehills.

Outside the office, Rebecca is dedicated to making a difference in the local recovery community, a true passion of hers. Though she embodies professionalism, don’t let the heels fool you—she’s a true country girl who can bait a hook and skin a buck with the best of them. She enjoys spending time with her family and teaching them how to fish, too!

Joe Freeborn

Director of First Impressions

Joe is the team’s front man—the first face to greet you when you walk through the door, the organizer of all phone and message chaos, and the one who keeps a million-dollar smile no matter how hectic the office gets. His enthusiasm is infectious, and we can always count on Joe to brighten everyone’s day, even during the toughest moments.

Joe is fantastic at what he does. He joined the team with a passion that perfectly embodies our values: a commitment to helping others. Joe takes pride in guiding our associates through their first steps into the workforce, whether it’s filling out paperwork, navigating the website, or answering questions about the process. He loves the incredible feeling of helping someone on their career journey.

Though newer to the area than most of the team, Joe has embraced Ascension and the River Parishes, quickly getting involved in the community. When he’s not in the office, Joe enjoys exploring the area with friends and honing his classical piano skills.

Victoria Delapasse

Marketing Coordinator

Victoria is the newest member of the Gonzales team, but she’s no stranger to helping others find work. A 2024 graduate of Southeastern University with a bachelor’s degree in social work, Victoria has always been passionate about connecting people with resources. During her final year as an intern, she played a key role in organizing and launching non-profit social media platforms and leading group classes on interview techniques and resume building.

Victoria’s optimism and energy shine through in her eagerness to help Express Gonzales build even stronger connections with the community. She brings an incredible energy to the office with ideas to help make a difference for our team, our associates, and the community at large. We are excited to have her on our team and look forward to her impact in our business.

When she’s not in the office, Victoria dives headfirst into her artwork and music, or enjoys time with her partner and their beloved animals.
