Accounting and Office Manager - Full time

 $24 - $33 / Hour

Arnaudville Area

Hiring a full time Accounting and Office Manager in the Arnaudville Area.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the accounting department for construction projects
  • Reviewing and presenting financial statements to management
  • Conducting monthly financial project review meetings
  • Supervising the annual audit and tax preparation 
  • Analyzing work in progress (WIP) reporting and the closing process
  • Overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable cycles
  • Collaborating with management on billing

 

Requirements and Preference:

  • Degree in accounting or finance is preferred but not required
  • Experience in HR is preferred
  • Background in construction is preferred
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and basic accounting principles is required
  • Knowledge of Work in Progress (WIP)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrates accountability and trustworthiness

 

Pay is $24 - $33 an hour
Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
