Accounting and Office Manager - Full time
$24 - $33 / Hour
Arnaudville Area
Hiring a full time Accounting and Office Manager in the Arnaudville Area.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the accounting department for construction projects
- Reviewing and presenting financial statements to management
- Conducting monthly financial project review meetings
- Supervising the annual audit and tax preparation
- Analyzing work in progress (WIP) reporting and the closing process
- Overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable cycles
- Collaborating with management on billing
Requirements and Preference:
- Degree in accounting or finance is preferred but not required
- Experience in HR is preferred
- Background in construction is preferred
- Proficient in QuickBooks and basic accounting principles is required
- Knowledge of Work in Progress (WIP)
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates accountability and trustworthiness
Pay is $24 - $33 an hour
Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
