A premier manufacturer that specializes in High Pressure-High Temperature Flowlines, Pigging & Packaged Skid Systems, and Flow Control Products, including chokes, ball valves, check valves, control valves, and heat exchangers us seeking a talented Shipping and Receiving Specialist for our manufacturing facility.

Job Purpose:
As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of products in and out of our facility. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, packing goods, developing shipping labels and documents, and verifying incoming shipments. This position also involves receiving materials into our computer system and ensuring all orders are fulfilled correctly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload materials efficiently.
• Match products to packing slips, sort materials, and prepare them for shipping.
• Receive and process purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Perform general maintenance in the shipping and receiving area.
• Unpack and inspect shipment deliveries.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents.
• Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Consolidate shipping orders and create mailing labels.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and support the machine shop with MRO and tool crib inventory.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Prior experience as a material handler or in shipping/receiving roles.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to and occasionally exceeding 8 hours), with regular bending and lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and oral instructions accurately.
• Basic computer literacy and math skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of steel, valves, and component parts.
• Experience in supporting a machine shop with MRO and tool crib inventory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education, Training
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified forklift operator.
• Experience operating a 10-ton overhead crane.
