Case Manager / Administrator

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Case Manager / Administrator to support our team in managing client cases while providing essential administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing case inquiries and providing timely updates.
  • Track the progress of cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, including reports, correspondence, and evidence.
  • Organize and maintain office files and supplies, ensuring a well-functioning office environment.
  • Create, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other documents; generate and track administrative reports.
    Assist with special projects and research.

 

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, business administration) required.
- Experience in case management and/or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Pay Range and Schedule 

Monday-Friday

9:00AM-3:00PM

$19/HR
