Express Employment Professionals is seeking a CDL B Driver with Hazmat Endorsement for a reputable company in the Metairie area. This role is ideal for a safety-conscious driver with experience handling hazardous materials and a commitment to on-time deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a CDL B vehicle while adhering to DOT regulations.
- Transport hazardous materials in compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
- Load and unload freight as needed.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate driving logs and required paperwork.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL B license with Hazmat Endorsement (H) (Tanker Endorsement a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
