- Assist prospective tenants in finding the perfect rental property by offering tours, answering questions, and guiding them through the leasing process.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Respond to inquiries from potential tenants via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain knowledge of available properties and market conditions.
- Follow up with leads and close sales to meet or exceed monthly leasing goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and other property management tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer service experience required (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required.
- Real estate license is a plus but not required.
