Responsibilities:

  • Assist prospective tenants in finding the perfect rental property by offering tours, answering questions, and guiding them through the leasing process.
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential tenants via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain knowledge of available properties and market conditions.
  • Follow up with leads and close sales to meet or exceed monthly leasing goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and other property management tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience required (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required.
  • Real estate license is a plus but not required.
