Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations to clients and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and successful placement of candidates.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse clientele.
