Out client focuses on supplying to a wide range of industries including oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical, water and wastewater, food and beverage, pulp and paper, and more. They are a customer driven company that focuses on manufacturing specialized high-quality instruments to be installed in challenging applications. Accountabilities

  • Manual Component Machining: Machine batches of parts utilizing both lathe and mill operations.
  • CNC Component Machining: Operate both CNC Lathe and CNC mill to machine batches of parts to print specifications
  • 2D Print Reading: Read and scrutinize 2D part drawings. Review samples, drawings or instructions to understand specifications of output.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages.
  • Assembly: Complete finish product assembly as required. This includes electronic component assembly and testing.
  • Quality: Facilitate the continuation and improvement of the ISO9001 quality system

 

Education, Experience, Language, Skills, and Related Requirements

  • High school diploma required or equivalent;
  • Machinist or Technical school degree a plus
  • Ability to read and write in English.
