Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime Required)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking Janitorial Shop Hand to join our team in Shreveport, LA. This entry-level position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the shop while also assisting with material handling and warehouse tasks. Forklift experience is required for this role. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in an industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties in the shop, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, break areas, and workstations.
- Assist with material handling, organizing supplies, and maintaining inventory areas.
- Operate a forklift to move materials and assist with shop logistics.
- Ensure shop floors and work areas are free of debris and hazards.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Support shop staff with basic tasks as needed.
- Work overtime as required to meet operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Forklift experience is required.
- Prior janitorial, shop hand, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work overtime when needed.
