Job Full Description
We're seeking a Trim Shop Installer who is mechanically inclined and ready to learn! This role involves installing ladder racks, toolboxes, light bars, camper tops, and similar equipment. While prior experience isn't required, you must be comfortable using basic tools like screwdrivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install various accessories on trucks and vans (e.g., ladder racks, light bars, camper tops)
- Perform light mechanical work, wiring, assembly, and bolt-on tasks
- Safely squat, bend, and crawl underneath vehicles as needed
- Physically get in and out of truck beds and vans, or use a creeper to work under trucks
Requirements:
- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including working in tight spaces
- No extensive experience needed—just basic tool knowledge and a can-do attitude!
