Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Coordinator
Location: Shreveport, LA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $18 - $22 per hour, DOE (Depends on Experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to manage the movement of goods in and out of our facility in Shreveport, LA. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supporting the overall logistics process. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee all shipping and receiving activities.
Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, checking quantities and quality.
Verify and maintain shipping records, bills of lading, and packing slips.
Ensure timely and correct order fulfillment for outgoing shipments.
Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
Keep the warehouse organized and maintain proper storage of materials.
Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to resolve shipping issues.
Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory control procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
